Body Rolling 101


Using a 6-10 inch ball as a tool to free up common areas of tightness, this small group experience blends introductory Body Rolling with a series of restorative exercises to align the body and help you carry over your new feeling of body freedom into your day! All of this is combined with the healing effects of essential oils diffused into the air to balance the mind, body and spirit.  It’s like a deep tissue massage you give yourself!

Training Camp

This camp is designed for anyone wanting a fun, energizing group training experience with a focus on total body alignment and mindful movement. A challenging 60-minute workout incorporating calisthenics, natural movement®, animal walks and Pilates-inspired moves with functional strength training in 7 key patterns.  This is not a “no pain, no gain.” experience.  Instead, you will find yourself feeling balanced in your body and truly understanding how your body was designed to move, while feeling strong and doing more with less effort.  You might even find yourself loving movement like you did when you were a kid!
