Body Rolling 101
Using a 6-10 inch ball to work towards total body alignment and freedom of movement, this workshop blends introductory Body Rolling with a series of restorative exercises to help carry over your new feeling of body freedom into your day! All of this is combined with the healing effects of essential oils diffused into the air to balance the mind, body and spirit.
The Center at Westwoods
This group training experience is designed for anyone wanting a fun, energizing “bootcamp alternative” with a focus on total body alignment and mindful movement. A challenging 60-minute workout incorporating calisthenics, natural movement®, animal walks and Pilates-inspired moves with functional strength training in 7 key patterns. This is definitely not a “no pain, no gain.” experience. You will find yourself loving movement just like you did when you were a kid and doing more with less effort, while understanding how your body was designed to move !
