Body Rolling 101

Using a 6-10 inch ball as a tool to free up common areas of tightness in the body, this small group experience blends introductory Body Rolling with a series of restorative exercises to align the body and help you carry over that freedom of movement into your day! All of this is combined with the healing effects of essential oils diffused into the air to balance the mind, body and spirit. It’s like a deep tissue massage you give yourself!

The Center at Westwoods
This camp is designed for anyone wanting a fun, energizing group training experience with a focus on mindful movement. A challenging 60-minute workout incorporating calisthenics, natural movement®, animal locomotion and Pilates-inspired moves with functional strength training in 7 key patterns. This is not a “no pain, no gain.” experience. Instead, you will find yourself feeling aligned and truly understanding how your body was designed to move, while doing so much more with less effort and feeling strong, inside and out, for all the things you love to do!
