Hi!  I’m Jessica Regnante. I’m an Exercise Physiologist and Movement & Lifestyle Coach on a mission to help everyone live a BEYOND STRONG® life. I like to think of myself as a teacher, eternal student, athlete, Luke’s mom and just a woman determined to be forever young in mind, body and spirit. Combining the best of 25 years of numerous modalities, my method is a fusion of all my areas of expertise:
