I offer training camps, workshops, private group classes and small group trainings that teach my method.

The Method

Hi! I’m Jessica Regnante. I call my method JRx because intelligent movement is my solution for health, longevity and a superior body, inside and out. I’m an Exercise Physiologist and Movement & Lifestyle Coach on a mission to help everyone live a BEYOND STRONG® life.  I like to think of myself as a teacher, eternal student, athlete, Luke’s mom and just a woman determined to be forever young in mind, body and spirit. Combining the best of 25 years of numerous certifications, my method is a fusion of all my areas of expertise:
